Flange Profile 1 – Topclamp Original

The flange profile 1 is a specialized aluminum extrusion within the Topclamp Original modular building system that combines a square tube profile with an integrated flange along one side. This built-in flange allows the profile to be mounted directly against a flat surface such as a wall or ceiling without the need for a separate flange fitting, streamlining both the assembly process and the visual result. Available in dimensions of 38.4×38.4×4 mm and 47.1×47.1×4 mm, it is sold per meter.

Surface treatment options are consistent with the broader Topclamp Original range. Natural aluminum is the standard finish, with anodized, chrome-plated, and nickel-plated coatings available alongside any RAL color. The preferred treatment is specified in the order comments field when submitting an order.

The flange profile 1 is particularly well suited to constructions that need to run along a wall or ceiling with a clean, integrated mounting solution. Rather than adding external hardware after assembly, the flange is already part of the profile itself, resulting in a neater finish and a more efficient build process.
